A weekend in Louisville, KY

I spent last weekend in Louisville, KY with my son Loren, who is at Ft Knox for basic and AIT for the Army. He finished basic and we got to visit for a family weekend. We had a great time seeing the sites. We toured the Louisville Slugger Museum, a very cool glass works shop and a ton of other places.

There was an Art Car show at one of the museums down on Main St, so there were lots of interesting cars parked along each side of Main.

Whimsical Little Moss Garden Terrariums

I added a few little moss garden terrariums to the shop this morning. All of the moss terrariums I will be adding to the shop are well established and thriving.

Even without a green thumb, you can enjoy a taste of the outside within your home or office with a moss terrarium. Just a little spritz of water once a month and the terrarium's ecosystem takes care of the rest. Bright, indirect light works best for these little gardens. This moss is grown right here in southeastern Wisconsin.
